Remember last week, I told y’all about the super fabulous Get Glam and Get Going VIP Party at Macy’s? Well, it went down yesterday and I shared all of the fun highlights and fashion on Snapchat. Those of you who follow me, did you catch granny dancing with the model? So cute.
For my look, I decided to go all black. Who said you can pull off dark colors in the spring, it’s all about having fun with fashion for me and I was just in the mood for all black chicness. I reworked this Zara faux leather skirt that I wore here and paired with a blazer and ankle boots. Of course, I added a pop of color with the statement necklace and favorite Kate Spade bag.
There were so many pieces that grabbed my attention. My favorite was definitely this look!
First of all, can we talk about these Steve Madden silk lace boots? You can gawk or treat yourself to them here. I love them! The model who I quickly made friends with for all the real scoop told me that they felt super comfy. I think they ‘re hot and the stylist for date night and I love how the stylist paired them with this breezy mint green high low dress. Truly a breath of fresh air!
Another favorite was this yellow clutch bag by Sam Edelman that really caught my eye so if anyone is looking to get me a gift, I would gladly accept. I love the tribal inspired look and bright colors that are reminiscent of my Caribbean heritage.
Which of these are your favorites? Would you rock all black in the spring?
